Welcome to Urban City Stays. By booking a stay at any of our properties, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or third-party platforms like Airbnb/Booking.com].

  • Prices are listed per night and may vary by season or demand.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and booking platform.

  • Direct bookings: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds after that."]

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities

By staying at one of our properties, you agree to:

  • Treat the property with care and respect.

  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours ([insert quiet hours if any]).

  • Not host parties or events unless approved in writing.

  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking.

  • Report any damages or issues promptly.

Any damage or violations of house rules may result in additional charges or removal from the property without refund.

5. Identification & Security

  • Guests may be required to provide valid photo ID before or at check-in.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the booking or ID requirements.

6. Smoking & Pets

  • All of our properties are non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is broken.

  • Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise in the property listing or agreed upon in advance.

7. Liability

  • Urban City Stays is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., internet providers, utilities).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

8. Use of Property

  • The property is to be used for residential purposes only.

  • Commercial use, subletting, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
