At Urban City Stays, we strive to offer flexibility while also ensuring fairness in managing our serviced accommodations. Please review our refund and deposit policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Refund Policy (Cancellations)

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Refunds apply to the total booking amount, excluding any non-refundable service fees from third-party platforms (if applicable).
Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit of up to 10% is required prior to check-in.

This deposit is held to cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.

No damage is found upon inspection.

No extra cleaning is required beyond normal use.
